Publications: Planned, investigated, and wrote feature article submitted to top four trade publications, including two in Europe. Published to 100,000 monthly reader website, April 2012. Research involved recurrent contact and written interviews with the runner up to 2011 US Chess Championship, who currently ranks 6th in the United States.
Major selection in book, Education of an Architect, Volume II, Rizzoli Press (1989). Also Featured in Smart Money Magazine article 1993.
Cash Award from New York Chapter of American Institute of Architects for academic excellence.
Semi-Finalist, Fulbright Traveling Scholarship to Kyoto, Japan (one of twelve for eight final positions, out of 83 total applicants). Self taught basic written Japanese. Self-funded independent travel, including South Korea in lieu of scholarship.
