My work with Cleverseal Pan America is ongoing, but since this is now about seeing about furnishing brush material for a $4M+ building materials manufacturer, is expressed as another client.  I am working on obtaining strategic pricing, for 120,000 linear feet of proprietary material, from an east coast manufacturer.   We already have what we need, but helping negotiate, price, furnish 22.7 miles of supply on better terms.  MILES.

I do yard work in a gated community for a very unique couple.  While I have no overt raison d’être for gardening or grounds-keeping on an estate,  the rub of it is, they have had MANY people do work for them, and say that I am the best they ever had.  I am detailed, careful, thorough.  They do not let JUST anyone to their home.  And sometimes, on site, when they are not home, and very careful people they are!  And very particular with everything.  They trust me.  Its a fit, as I am of like mind.  Do it right.

These are the sort of people, who are so unique, that in their waiting room, in holistic medicine, might be someone from The United Kingdom in their waiting room, or hours away from Snohomish, all the way to Gig Harbor.  Husband and wife team–Medical Doctor with specialization in homeopathy, and nutritionist who restores body and brain chemistry with food, non-invasive food supplements, council, treatment, advisory, clear diagnosis.  They have an organic garden, and try to have their surrounds provide a calm, clean, fresh place within which to pursue their healing and provide treatment.

Located in Union NJ, outside lower Manhattan, NY NY.  Executive Vice President.   Major Involvement in inception and transformation of $1M high tech investment start up. Turn around role as consultant for Cloud Computing start up including major business structure, organizational development, strategy .Major advisory to CEO Founder. Significant involvement in all levels of operations including HR, finance, sales training, marketing, and motivation. Advisory on key technology selection.

• Created and refined 56 pp. business plan, with accompanying comprehensive financial modeling, five year budget and P&L projects. Designed overall equity structure for orderly raising of $1M in venture capital in four tranches to both angel and institutional investors.
• Major oversight on transition, turn around, and growth of eight to fifteen person staff; direct role in recruitment by vetting 100+ job candidates, several week interview process, recruitment of IT Director, hire of both a Senior IT Architect, an Executive Administrative Assistant, and two Junior IT staff. Conducted termination of two staff. Coaching to technical, sales, and entry level staff.
