You cannot get real business experience online, no more than you can learn to really play golf or tennis online. You have to actually do it. You have to experience it. But it helps to hear about factors of success and, in our case, factors of effectiveness, organization, and planning. In short, learning about how to structure something so completely broad prepares you to begin to handle and thus view this large concern.
You are dealing with seven or eight things but of those, three are primary, and that is handling people, process, and results. The thought of reducing or simplifying to just three major domains might seem encouraging, but where it very quickly gets far more complicated is as those permutate and pattern into different projects, goals, and tasks.
Because if someone for example calls you, its not so simple as saying, ah, here is a people matter. It might involve a result, that is to say something you have to do or deliver, and THAT delivery might require a process such as financial determination or report, or might involve communicating the resolution or action, etc. You get the idea. So first, know what is what by knowing where it goes where and what it means!
